Mr R.P. Singh, Founder & CEO - AGF is 1981 batch IFS - Indian Forest Service officer (retired) of Bihar /Jharkhand cadre & has vast experience in rural development. He has served as DG of State Institute of Rural Development (SIRD), Ranchi & MD-CEO of Jharkhand Skill Development Mission. Presently he is TISS National Expert on Skill Development for Aspirational District Program under Niti Aayog.
